We’re talking wedding gown colors now! White has been with us for decades, and quite honestly, has been the least ordered “color” choice these past few years. Ivory has been, and remains to be, the most popular standard color among traditionalists. Champagne and light gold are pretty popular, but there are some new tones in town, and they are so beautiful that even the most hard and fast “old-schoolers” may even be converted!
Look at this stunner from Sottero and Midgley. The color shown here is lavender with an ivory lace overlay!
Here’s a gorgeous Martina Liana featuring a harvest underlay.
This exquisite Stella York highlights a beautiful shade of moscotto.
And this incredible Maggie Sottero gown in blush is breathtaking.
Notice that all of these gowns have lace overlays that are in a lighter color. This technique accentuates the pattern and beautiful intricacies of the specific lace chosen by the designer in order to enhance the uniqueness of each gown style. There’s just something magical that happens when the light hits these gorgeous colors, giving off a warm, smooth, luxurious aura that grabs attention in that first step down the aisle! Can you tell we LOVE them?!
We have each gown pictured plus many more here in the store for you to try. We can’t wait to show them to you and watch you become as enamored as we are!
